1. Product information
MK Fuel is an additional electronic device designed for use with motorcycles equipped with electronic fuel injection (EFI).
Before purchasing and installing the device, the customer should make sure that it is compatible with the specific motorcycle model, model year and fuel-injection system. In case of doubt, the customer should contact the Seller before placing an order.
The displayed fuel level, fuel consumption and estimated range are calculated values. Their accuracy depends, among other factors, on correct configuration and calibration, injector parameters, the vehicle’s electrical system and GPS signal quality.
2. Installation and use
The device must be installed in accordance with the supplied instructions and the safety rules applicable to vehicle electrical systems.
If the customer does not have sufficient knowledge or experience, installation should be performed by a suitably qualified person.
The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from:
– incorrect connection of the device,
– installation contrary to the instructions,
– damage to the vehicle’s electrical system,
– use of the device in an incompatible vehicle,
– unauthorised modification of the device, wiring or software,
– use of the product contrary to its intended purpose.
The above provisions do not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to the non-conformity of goods with the contract.
3. Intellectual property
The names MK Devices and MK Fuel, logos, application interface, graphics, instructions, product descriptions and other content available in the Store are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Copying, distributing, modifying or using such content for commercial purposes without the owner’s prior consent is prohibited.
The names, trademarks and logos of motorcycle manufacturers and other entities belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only. MK Devices is not officially affiliated with any motorcycle manufacturer unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Information provided in the Store
The Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information concerning products, prices, compatibility and availability is accurate and up to date.
Product photographs and visualisations may differ slightly from the actual appearance of individual units, particularly with regard to minor finishing details or changes to the application interface resulting from software updates.
