Refund policy
REFUND, WITHDRAWAL AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal
A Consumer who purchases a product from the MK Devices online store may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which the product was received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send an unambiguous statement before the expiry of the 14-day period to:

The message should include:
– full name,
– order number,
– name of the returned product,
– date on which the shipment was received,
– a clear statement that the Consumer is withdrawing from the contract.
The following wording may be used:
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the sales contract concerning the MK Fuel product, order number [order number], received on [date].”
It is sufficient for the withdrawal statement to be sent before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
2. Returning the product
After notifying the Seller of the withdrawal, the product must be returned no later than 14 days after the date on which the withdrawal statement was submitted.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product.
Cash-on-delivery return shipments will not be accepted.
The customer is advised to use a tracked shipping service, retain proof of postage and package the product securely for transport.
3. Condition of the returned product
The customer may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Installation marks, damage to wires, connectors, housing or accessories, as well as missing components, may result in an appropriate reduction of the refunded amount corresponding to the actual loss in value.
Opening the packaging alone does not result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Where reasonably possible, the product should be returned with all supplied components, instructions and original packaging.
4. Refunds
The Seller will refund all payments received from the Consumer no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.
The refund includes the price of the product and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Store.
Additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the customer provides proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method that does not involve additional charges.
5. Defective products or products not conforming to the contract
The right of withdrawal does not limit the customer’s statutory rights relating to a defective product or a product that does not conform to the contract.
If the received product is damaged, defective, incomplete or different from the ordered product, the customer should contact the Seller at:

The notification should include the order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, photographs or video showing the defect.
The Seller bears the cost of returning a product that is confirmed to be defective or not in conformity with the contract.
The return method must be agreed with the Seller before the product is sent.
6. Order cancellation
An order may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting:

If the shipment has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
After receiving the shipment, the Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal under the terms described above.
7. Uncollected shipments
Failure to collect a shipment or refusal to accept it does not automatically constitute an effective withdrawal from the contract.
The customer should send the Seller an unambiguous withdrawal statement.
If an uncollected shipment is returned to the Seller, the Seller may deduct the actual and documented cost of the return transport from the refund where the customer is responsible for the failure to collect the shipment.
